Actually, it is determined by the number of those who are still actively seeking employment. Those who give up looking are dropped from the rating and become lost in the mix with the way the government computes the rate. In fact, the actual unemployment rate is estimated to be over 20% in some circles.

Yet, the unemployment rate is still at 10.2 percent when you factor in all the numbers. But, that extremely high unemployment rate doesn't concern you, and it doesn't reflect at all negatively on Barry as your president, does it, Dog?
