that was my nephew Nick that was killed. The guy who was driving Dallas Tweedy should go to jail for killing my nephew. That is vehicular manslaughter and I wont stop until he gets what he deserves! He took him away from me and he should pay!

Tweedy only gets what he deserves if he survives.

Don't you think that Dallas is getting what he deserves? Dallas has to live with the fact that his best friend is gone for the rest of his life. Do you honestly think that Nick would want you guys saying stuff like that on here or even saying the stuff that was said to Dallas at Nicks funeral of all places. I know you are all hurt i have no idea how it is to lose a family member but i do know how it is to lose a friend. Before you go off on saying that he should pay and that he gets what he deserves think about what Nick would do. Nick was a loving person you should be more like him.

Dallas is suffering enough. As Able's stated, he will live with this the rest of his life. From what I understand, Nick's family doesn't want to press charges, so why the hatred from you? It was an unfortunate accident and there was a horrible outcome, but putting Dallas in jail/prison is not the answer. Nick would not want that. Find it in your heart(s) to forgive.

I dont think anyone has the right to judge Dallas, he is already going through so much. And just think how his friend would feel if he saw how Dallas was feeling. People make mistakes, and things happen. You Cant blame him, this is not something he wanted to happen, so its not his fault. And you people who are judging him are pathltic, he is not just going on with his daily life like its nothing, i promise you that. this has affected him more then you could ever realize, and i know for a fact that his friend would never ever want anyone to blame him, or make Dallas feel like this is all his fault! Please, dont judge others, when you probley dont know the whole truth. And i am sorry to those that i have lost a friend, a brother, a nephew, or a son. Cause i know he was a great kid, but you cant put this on Dallas, he already has to live with enough. Please, think about what your saying before you say it.

nick langdon was my brother and yes he was a very loveable person and he had a big heart ,but i do think dallas sould suffer and pay the price that his friend is gone because of him I love my broter to death and wish he was here my life will never be the same without my brother.

Nick was my son!!Everyday I cry because I miss him. Everyday I wait for his text saying "Im checking in LOL" and it will never come. Dallas is a good kid and I hold NOTHING against him. MY GOD if I can do it I think the rest of you can. Nick would give the shirt off his back before he would think of himself and anyone who knew him would know that. I don't have all the answers or a magic word to make the pain go away or bring him back. I just have to go through everyday honoring his memory and understand that he was only mine for a short time.Dallas is no different than one of my own and I love him like a son. It was a horrible accident and that is it!! Don't ruin Nick's memory by doing or saying things he wouldn't do if he were still here.

The thing that bothers me most about Dallas is his past driving record. This is not the first reckless driving situation he has been in. No way would I let my son be a passanger in a car Dallas is driving. Yes he can still drive. There has to be some justice to keep the rest of our kids safe and keep Dallas off the roads.

The above entry from "keep our children safe" is from Dallas's step mother who has never shown anything but disdain toward Dallas and his family. She failed to mention her own son(s) driving records, which involve crashes and excessive speeding. It is only by the grace of God none of their passengers haven't been hurt or killed in their cars. Don't judge, Ms. Tweedy. It's very unbecoming and extremely disloyal to your husband, who I can only imagine, is going through hell right along with his son.

This is toward the person who posted from pokey. Just so you know just because you think it is his stepmother dosent meen a damn thing everybodys driving record is a matter of public record so anybody could have posted that. And as for you saying about his brothers driving record kinda narrows down who you are. And yes they may not have the best driving record but excessive speeding is done by everybody who goes five to ten over on the freeway so I know that everybody is guilty of that. Now that that's out of the way let's get back to dallas. Let's go back a year and a half ago and look at what Dallas was doing he was speeding out of the chs parking lot and didn't stop at the stop sighn and spun out of control and totaled his dads truck as well as a parked car. Now fast forward 6 months, daws was getting off the freeway at the new nampa exit heading east bound and was turning towards the target store and sped up to catch the light and it had been raining GUESS WHAT HAPPEND, he spun out of control and totaled his car and messed up anouther vehical. And a wreck nobody knows about happend while he was messing around his stupid cell phone and backed out of the driveway and didn't look behind him and hit his stepmother car. And in his stepmothers car was his older brothers PREGNANT girlfriend. And now this wreck in which dallas wasn't obeying traffic laws and took a kids life. There is no way that dalles brothers driving records are anywhere close. So get the facts right. Dalles will get what he deserves

First of all halff of you people dont even know the shit dallas goes through... you dont know what its like to be in his situation or the pain he goes through everyday! The stupid shit you say on here is pointless and its really messed. You need to think about if it was you how you would feel... people make mistakes and as a friend of dallas and a friend of nick i think that nick would hate that you people say that dallas deserves all this shit... dallas is a good guy and really misses his friend!! You stupid people need to think about what you say before you say it! Your stupid to think that dallas doesnt regret it and you are stupid to think he doesnt think about it everyday! all of you should worry about your own lives and leave his alone!! grow up and quit fucking with his head!

Dallas needs to lose his license forever. He's lucky it wasn't my kid in the car. His sister is worthless, along with him. She hid him after the accident. She and Dallas are wastes of skin. If he wasn't Caldwell's running back he already would have went to the penn.

About time...who are you to judge? The last time I looked it up, only God can judge. Are you God? And how do you know so much about Dallas and what he is doing? Kind of narrows down who you are, doesn't it? There is enough hatred. Enough spewing venom. Do all you haters understand Dallas has a family? One that loves him and is also affected by this. Nick's own mother has found forgiveness, it's a shame you can't. Unfortunately, God will judge you some day...and I don't think it will be the outcome you were looking for...

Everbody on here has no idea what anybody in that car went through that night and what they are still going through. I was in that car and I still am scared to go over 45 mph in a car. I use to love going on road trips and now I hate them. I hate freeways and highways. I cant be in a car without watching the road in front of me. I'm scared in cars and its not fair. I was told that I shouldnt be alive, that I was supposed to die in that car and thats a very scary thing to think about, I am so lucky to be alive and no it isnt fair that Nick is gone. He should be here with the rest of us, hes not and that is heart breaking but everbody needs to try and move on and not dwell on what we cannot change, remember him as the awesome person that he was. He will obviously always be loved and missed. As for everyone talking about what Dallas deserves and doesnt deserve, that isnt for us to decide. Yes he has a bad driving record, I wish I would have known that. I just found out he has been driving without a license still and that is a very irresponsible thing to do and it makes me angry. He needs to have learned from what happened that night and to me it seems he has not since he is still driving. Nobody really knows what happened that night except for the people in the car and the police department so nobody needs to judge anyone when you dont know what happened.

please clear the air and let us know what happend in the car. I heard the tire blew out but from the pics on the net it looked like all four tires were still intact. And as for him still driving withou a license meens that he has not learned a damn thing and that he thinks he has done nothing wrong. I'm glad that you are still alive from the looks of the car nobody should have been alive. And I understand being afraid of going 45 I would be too but remember not everybody is a dumbass driver like Dallas. Please clearthe air about what happend. There are alot of rumors about it.
