Notice that the state Ethics Committe has instituted more open disclosure on income and family involvement? Bowman knows his skeletons from being the gambling industry's # 1 prostitute will be revealed! He comes from questionable ties with convicted racketeers and his association with Mountaineer paying him over $ 80,000 per year along with his daughters employment at Mountaineer will signal red flags of Quid pro quo.
He bled Weirton dried from political graff for his cronyism and continued well into teh state senate. Case in point Chuck Svokas as having jobs created to suport his miserable lazy a$$. His sister in law had a job created as well as scores of others at tax payers expense.
Bowman ushered in gambling and his buddy Ted Dragisich got a job at Mountaineer as head security while he is prohibited from entering ANY Pennsylvania casino. They know sleaze alright!
Bowman's best friend is an optometrist and Bowman has legislation pending to benefitoptomotrist..what a coincidence!
We wish Bowman would go back to Baltimore where he came from! He left Weirton an eyesore but most casinos are owned by fellow politicians and sleazy ilkes. Weirton started dying the day Bowman became mayor and he took care of gambling and cronies!
