Don't waste your time or money! I was a fat slob 30yrs ago. 70lbs overweight! Eat less/healthier and keep moving! THAT,.. and only that, will work!! I'm 5lbs over my ideal weight by body mass index and have been since 1984! PILLS WON'T WORK!!!And ,once you get used to a healthy diet, you won't crave the crap that made you fat in the first place. However, bee pollen is a perfectly good addition to a healthy diet. Lots of vitamins and enzymes. May not do much, but can't hurt unless you have allergies.

Several ladies that I work with tried the Bee Pollen and had severe stomach issues with it. One of them actually had to see a Gastro doctor and she was told to stop using it.

SO true. You dont get to look like 500 pounds of chewed bubble gum for no reason. You cant eat 10,000 calories a day and expect to be thin or in good shape....

I started taking bee pollen yesterday and lost 2 pounds already. In addition, I have been cutting out junk food and limiting to one can of pop a day. Limit yourself to a number or calories and carbs aday. Try to eat protein and exercise when you can. At least 30 minutes a day 3 times a week. Bee Pollen probably works differently with everyone. I haven't had any stomach issues yet but again today is my second day. In my opinion, it is worth a try. Give it shot! Good Luck!

eating less and moving more is great! motivation is key, eat a high fiber diet with lots of water, do away with the junk food, candybars and chips especially, do a K plan, it's alot safer than diet pills and if those do work they're only temporary, just think what you'd look and feel like with 100 extra lbs on, that's motivation cause you don't want that!

Quit blaming the thyroid and mental issues. Get up, go outside and move around. Be healthy and happy. You cant tell me fat people are happy. They cant even fit in an airplane seat to go on vacation.
