Technically Stazi because it's a shortcut for Staatspolizei

Stasi. It is short for Staatssicherheit. The secret police of the Deutsche Demokratische Republik. Considered to be the most effective force in history to suppress dissent and government opposition. The gestapo was never referred to as stazi.

I'm starting to feel like a real a-hole for correcting you.Considering both comparisons are relevant and your point is correct, but wrong again. The Staatspolizei were under Nazi Germany. The Staatssicherheit was under the DDR(Communist East Germany). The Gestapo could not be a branch of the Stasi as the Stasi did not yet exist and that National Socialism and Communism are opposed to each other.Your mistake is a very common one.Stasi is pronounced very similarly to stazi(most english speakers cannot hear the difference)and assume the word is stazi and that is short for Staatspolizei.

I thought Himmler had something to do with what I was talking about, or I could admittedly be in left field -- was always better at the German language itself than the history

DJ Bill "Moranimal" Moran had guest Willie Lighfoot on the Break Room. They talked about the video of 2 RPD cops beating a guy in a wheelchair waiting for the bus. They posted it to their website.
Then an hour later a RPD Meter Maid 'Ho has a boot clamp put on his car out front for 4 alleged unpaid parking tickets. They normally dont boot you until you have many more tix than that. This was pure revenge for showing and talking about the video by the City and its RPD and Parking Dept.
He even got bigger injustice at the Parking Violation Bureau Kangaroo court by a senile old judge.
So why didn't he pay his parking tickets before he was caught again?

Why do people break the law and then blame the RPD when they get caught?

Parking tickets can happen to anyone. Pay the tickets.

We all know there are corrupt LE, the good outweigh the bad by a mile. But there are far more corrupt people in this city always wanting sympathy for the law they broke. It's getting ridiculous.

You mean like the nearly 7000 parking tickets that have been tossed out over 4 years for "professional courtesy" that city employees got?
It is a shame all the corrupt are making the few good ones look bad.

The morning DJs are forced to park on Mill and Commercial St. They have to fill the meters during their show. The meter maids purposely go by and know when each car's time is up and they listen to the radio, they know when a show is on air or on break. They know which cars belong to which show. If a show is on air talking at the same time a meter is done, they can swing by and ticket them knowing the DJ is inside and cant get out to put more money in the meter. That is a set up.
I think your right. Not that my opinion matters.

Definitely a set up. If they went out of their way to boot Billy's car then it's intimidation, plain and simple. We need to stop being so complacent when it comes to the police.

Just because anyone believes that they are on the right side of the law doesn't mean that they are not going to somehow get thrown into a situation where they find out what the police are really all about.

To the cop-suckers, the police ARE NOT who you think they are. They are not the knights in shining armor like in the fairy tales. Instead, they are mentally unbalanced opportunists with a full spectrum of personality disorders and weapons. They are also very disgruntled because they thought their job was going to be like "TJ Hooker" on TV but it turned out to be more like "Dwight" from "The Office".

Cops are like toddlers, you can't let them out of your sight for even a few seconds. Treat them as such.

There is two types of people who make up the vast majority of police recruits.
1)Meathead bullies who like to be in a position that gives them a sense of power over people so they can impose themselves on others and have a justification for being a bully.
2)People who have been bullied their whole lives and are seeking a position that will allow them to bully others the way they have.As a form of payback and self affirmation.
Both groups are dangerous. One is psychopathic. The other is sociopathic.
