There are new developments in the case of a man who is allegedly exposing himself to young girls in the Webster Groves area.

I can't believe that the children involved are getting close enough to the car to see that the suspect is naked. They should not even talk to a stranger pulling up on them in a car, much less get near the car. This is a major concern. Parents need to stress that if a stranger asked them anything to ignore him or reply they don't talk to strangers and vacate the area quickly. Please get this message out to your children.
