Ms. Waldman. I've been reading your articles and blog entries for Simsbury for some time. I have noticed that you seem to have a positive disposition to Mary Glassman and seem to go out of your way to give her airtime in your writings. This most recent article and blog entry is quite strange. You are writing about a farmer who grows and sells Mums and of all the people you could have asked for their comments, you chose to call up Mary Glassman to ask her opinion about the 'Mum Man'? You couldn't have asked one of the Mum Man's customers? You couldn't have asked a customer at Rosedale Farms what they thought about the Mum Man across the street? Instead you called up Mary Glassman to ask her about him as if her opinion about the Mum Man is especially insightful or profound? I'm sorry, but the repeated airtime you give Mary Glassman on various things other than those which she is directly responsible for as First Selectman is a very strange example of journalism. It makes me wonder why you make such interview choices.
