They must almost have more money than GOD. Tax-free deal where they liquify the equity and retain all upside on the remaining interest. Wouldn't it be nice to just get a taste of that action? All the while being privately held and now go after the rest of the world next!!

All anyone could want is to be a Cargill or Macmillan. Know when to hold them and when to fold---all about the M-O-N-E-Y baby. Dough rey me...
