A Cargill Meat Solutions plant in Milwaukee is voluntarily recalling over 5,500 pounds of beef tongues because the tonsils may not have been completely removed.

Another vicotry for a government department doing its job - protecting the public.

I'd bet that if there were no Department of Ag Food Safety and Inspection that we would have never heard about the risk this product presented to the general public.

This would be another case of profit over public good.
