To Fevered Rabbit: If it was Pennsylvania, it probably wasn't Swedish that they were trying to mimic. The "Oikle Doikle" portion sounds vaguely Yiddish, while the changing of all the Ws to V-sounds could be an attempt to mimic any of the Germanic or Scandinavian languages and/or dialects, Yiddish included (a blending of German and Hebrew word forms).
