I do not think he said district. Obama won plan and simple. Talk about not counting peoples vote. If the republican tried this crap it would be out cries all around the world. I guess it is only wrong when the "other side" does it.

I agree. Shuler has been the most honest person we have sent to Washington in many a year. I could never support Hillary, and a vote for Obama is a vote for disaster! Shuler had to pick, and wisely he picked the winner of his district. Smart and proper!

Sure wish we had a third party full of Shulers. He's better than either party deserves!

Heath Shuler has done an outstanding job while in Congress. He represents the wishes and ideals of the people in his district....not whatever the party tells him to do. What a novel idea !!!! I wish more politicians actually represented their constituents and not a party philosophy or set of talking points. Thank you Congressman Shuler for doing the right thing !!!!

Please, I have an inquisitive mind, specifically what did he say he would do and what did he deliver regarding those guarantees? I haven't seen anything stick to the wall yet!
