My car and family's business were both vandalized recently in Waynesboro relatively near where those boys were found. Let's hope the buck stops there. Good work, WPD.

There has to more to this story. He walks up to 4 kids (who normally run away never to be seen again) and they just start spilling their guts on a string of 50 robberies? Either really poor reporting, or really stupid kids. It is amazing they weren't caught 30 crimes ago! I am very grateful they were caught, but something just don't add up here. I smell an informant who is being protected. NBC 29, let's flush this story out a bit more please. Good job, WPD.

Keep protecting any informant! These young boys needed to be taken to the woodshed by an adult a LONG time ago. When youth stand up for what's right (the informant) they should be protected and made to know that they did the right thing and WON'T be persecuted for it! My question, WHERE ARE THE PARENTS! I realize that many people have to work shift work in order to make ends meet, but until a kid is raised right (even if it's through a sitter, a shared child rearing situation or anything that provids the young child with proper adult supervision) we can not expect them to be home after curfew, do the right things, know right from wrong, control their impulses and more. I feel for the ones that were arrested, however, I have to wonder how many of their 'mommas/daddies' will go in and say 'my baby didn't do anything wrong!' and expect them to be let go?
