I doubt Gru even read the article. There are a few idiots around here who love to rant about the fact that we ensure our accused are mentally competent before they stand trial. They don't like that (although that's just too bad).

... it has been long enough for me and the family members. I lost a great friend in this drug-related murder. Raddick is fooling the court and his defense attorney will delay the trial as long as possible ... and the family members and friends of a victim will have to wait again. Let's get this trial over, let's let justice take its course, and give the family and friends of the victims a way to close this senseless death!

Determining whether or not this guy is mentally capable of taking responsibility for his actions is precisely what justice is. THIS is justice. Today, the judge ruled that he is fit to stand trial... so this cretin will be tried for his crime and punished. Justice is NOT taking him out back and shooting him before he gets a chance to defend himself in court. If you people want to live like that, go live in Iran or Saudi Arabia.
