Are there any details available on the discussion regarding the Kohler and Walker Roads intersection? A traffic light at this intersection would be helpful, especially for those making a left hand turn from Kohler on to Walker.

Nice article about Parkwood Drive extension.
How about putting a map in the article so people can see what is being described?
Much easier to visualize.
Thanks,

Do it now, please. It makes so much sense.

Thanks,

Tired of sitting in traffic staring at East. Greene Twp. weeds.

I agree, Lee, maps are very accessible nowadays. It would be nice if a map of the area being discussed was posted in the story.
And, I totally agree that the Kohler/Walker Rd area needs signals. That whole interchange needs revised. Whoever designed that northbound exit must never ride in a passenger vehicle. It is so difficult to see getting off there. The Walker Rd/Kohler Rd intersection is deadly. Its just a matter of time.
While we are at it...lets zoom to the other end of town.....Who the heck had the bright idea with the Sollenberger Rd/Rt. 30 disaster?!? Every time I mistakenly go that way, I shake my head in disgust. How can someone be so ignorantly blind to what needs to be done to remedy this? When is someone going to step up and take charge of this?!? That boondoggle is certainly an embarrassment to this town.

The PO will not post a map because it would make too much sense and help the readers visualize. Media Group chokes the paper and already has the editor eating Tums like candy.

Walker and Kohler is a accident waiting to happen but lights are not always the answer, 3 way stop signs with painted alerts on the road would put people on the alert and move traffic. This would also help at the northbound exit off 81.
