Waynesboro's square redesign done, save for traffic lights

Waynesboro's center square redesign is all done but the tweaking, including overhead traffic lights.

I don't think the square actually looks much different than before. There is still a "square" with parking in the 4 corners. The only thing that really looks different is the actual traffic lights and sidewalks. It isn't what I had expected at all.

What did you expect? A Cabela's? Roundabout? Double decker buses? Cheesecake Factory? Nordstrom's? Elephant rides? Bukkake? Botanical Gardens? Strip clubs? Lemonade stands?
