on saturday i had to go to a birthday party at the jump zone. I watched as the attendent played ball in the sports zone and stood around alot not watching the children. I watched as he unpluged the inflatables. Did not clean a one. nor did he spray them down for germs. At Jump in the fun they do kill the germs. They really do clean theirs. They go out and watch the kids to make sure they follow the rules but have a good time. It is bigger and it has bigger and better inflatables. It is all the way around a better place to let your kids play and have a party. At this time with the flu it is a good idea to clean them after you close. Not just unplug them. Try for yourself. See which one you like the best. For me and my kids Jump in the Fun is a better and cleaner place the whole family can enjoy and not worry about all the germs

I agree with you. I had my daughter's birthday party at Jump in the Fun and the employees were always keeping an eye on the kids. The employees were also wiping each one of the inflatables down with sanitizing wipes. I think that it is a great place to take children to have fun.

Pump Up The Fun in B'ville is a great place also.If you are worried about ppl not watching YOUR kid,its a great place. You can go play with them and keep an eye on them yourself. You cant honestly expect the worker to keep an eye on all of those kids.I love going and playing with my son and he loves having me out there.

I LOVE Jump in the Fun in Lavalette! I went for a b-day party and I got to play with all the kids! Very clean, very professional, very nice people! the people who own/work it are very very very very very NICE! I love the idea and the price is good! The weight limit sucks but they cant do anything about that, that is the manufacture's recommendations. Keep up the great facility!

Hello Folks....I am the owner of The Fun Zone (not Jump Zone by the way) in Ceredo. We take our clients concerns very seriously.....everyone is entitled to their own opinion and we value that. Although, I will have to defend a couple comments that have been made. In regards to cleanliness....we have been told my hundreds of parents that we have by far the cleanest party center they have attended. Our inflatables are cleaned and sanitized after every party with lysol and ammonia that is safe for the children and inflatables. We also are the only party center that provides sanitizing stations throughout our facility with automatic sanitizers by waving your hands beneath them. In todays environment you cannot be too safe.

Also, in regards to dirty inflatables and non-supervision....according to the state of WV dept of Labor the inflatables MUST be supervised directly by individuals 18 yrs or older. We are open to inspections by the state of WV at anytime and have been routinely inspected....we take pride in NO CITATIONS of anykind since the opening of our business in June 2009.

Each client is entitled to their opinion but we have been recommended by hundreds of satified parents and children as the states PREMIER family fun center. If anyone has been disastisfied with our service I would appreciate you contacting me directly at www.tristatefunzone.com contact us link that goes directly to me.

We appreciate your comments and hope to see you soon....at THE FUN ZONE!

I have been to both of these with my children. They both are clean. But my kids enjoyed the one in lavalette alot better. There were alot more inflatables. The one in kenova at time of visit had 2 jump houses one slide for big kids and one slide for little kids. They also had a sports one and a small maze one. The one in lavalette has a lot fancier and more advanced inflatables. They also had double the amount of ceredo. My kids enjoy that one a lot better.

Hi Sandy! I appreciate the feedback you have given us...we have a total of 9 Inflatables now and some are very huge (one weighs 1800lbs). You were probably in our facility during the first couple months we opened when all of our equipment was not in. Our facility in total is over 14,000 sq ft making it WV's largest facility. We do although offer much more than just inflatables and that takes up some room....Private Party Rooms, batting cages with softball/baseball machines, Restaurant, Parents Lounge with HDTV, etc.

We strive to be more than just inflatables per say by offering all the other different options. Our #1 most popular feature is our Private Party Rooms.....you have over 600sq ft of room dedicated to YOUR PARTY ONLY. We did not want to have picnic tables or benches for our guests to party on...we wanted a private area that our guests can enjoy with their families.

Feel free to stop by and check our all the new stuff we have to offer including music, DJ, and Disco themed birthday parties. Anyone can bring their child in for $5 and jump M-Fri 5-9pm. You cant beat that....

Also, we will begin OUTDOOR inflatables rental starting Jan 15, 2010. When it comes to parties, we are the place to call.

Thank you James for your comment back. I was there about 4 months ago. The one major complaint I have though is the Batting cages were kinda pricey. They party rooms are nice.

Thanks Sandy! The batting cage prices were quoted about 15% cheaper than competing baseball training facilities BUT we give 20% discounts to all teams and players....

Well, from the comments made by the family of the Jump Zone, and from attending a party there over the weekend, and from an employee's lack of telephone manners, I can say that I will not be bringing my kids back there.

I love the fun zone! My family has held 5 parties there this year and we absolutely love it! Much cheaper than the other place and a good christian atmosphere. The workers there are very helpful and a lady named Cecilia was great with helping us out. Everywhere I go people say the fun zone is the best...I could not find one thing bad to say about it.

Hi Kate- could you inform me as to what comments were made by the owner of the fun zone? I happen to be the owner and honestly I have not been in the facility while parties were held in nearly a year. I suppose you must be mistaken on the family of the fun zone...and I am interested in the comment about lack of telephone manners as well. Could you please explain? Thank you-James
