Garrick is already facing 16 fraud charges in connection with a scheme that victimized several players on the CFL's Toronto Argonauts, several of who lived in Mississauga, and six more charges that were filed after a man claiming to own the former Mississauga IceDogs hockey team cheated four people.
In November, according to Halton Regional Police, a man who claimed to be a successful businessman who had made millions of dollars playing the stock market "ingratiated himself" with four people over the course of several months with promises to help them achieve similar success with their money.
He claimed to own the Ontario Hockey League's (OHL) old Mississauga IceDogs, who have since relocated to St. Catharines, and a percentage of a computer service known as Google Inc. He also maintained he had attended an Ivy League School in the United States to become a doctor.

At the Beginning of Jan 2008 or around Dec 2007, Toronto Police Fraud Squad officers said they had arrested the same man in connection with a fraud investigation south of the border. Investigators allege that, in November of 2007, a man attempted to defraud a real estate office in Greenwich, Connecticut, through the purchase of property there.

I've known Walter for at least 20 years..this guy is nothing but bad news!! If there is anyone out there that trusts him or his family, you need to have your head examined. He is a scammer, he is a liar, he will cheat you out of house and home and doesn't care who he hurts getting there. Be careful walk on the other side of the street if you see him coming. Definitely not a person to be trusted!!!!!

They actually dismissed the case against him. Turns out the officer lied and said he violated his bail conditions. His lawyer said he bought the house for 13.5million and he was looking at the house for his family. Turns out the house that was 28m was actually sold for the 13.5million and the people that owned it ( it was a new house) They are being sued. Bottom line the guy is innocent. I wonder who is paying these people. There is a guy that stole 50million or how about Paul Eustace who stole 250 million and they are out on 30 thousand and 50 thousand dollar bail respectively. Weird...no pictures , no media hoop law. The officer must really be trying to make a career. He lied in court and put it in the papers. I hope Garrick turns around and sues him. If he is guilty of anything else then he should just pay it back but something doesnt make sense

That is weird. I have known Walter since he was 3yrs old. He is actually 30 now. I know his inner circle and I know his business in the states and I konw his friends. He has six of us as far as I know. We would have given money if he needed it or wanted and all of us...well lets just say I am sure many of you have used out product. He did not need to steal anything and even now if he needed my help I would give it but he has refused. I have only seen him generous. If things didnt work out for you ,I dont know what that is about but I would know who has a problem with him that has known him for that long.

This guy, Walter, I have known him for 10 years. He has been nothing but a complete ass for most of that time, but I like the truth. He has been in an out of the hangar on the jet the last 7yrs. He is demanding but what I witnessed he is really demanding on himself. I know he is successful or was because I have seen his car(s) often and the jet often. I know how much it is to travel on it by himself or with what looks like security.
I have been watching this closely. I saw in the article at his word cars arrived....weird the owners of that dealership must have had a good relationship with him to just send millions of dollars at the mention of his name.
I saw Clemons hugging him twice outside the courtroom , didnt look like he had lost any respect or that they had animosity. It was strange, like has anyone checked this Kenny guy. I found a article on him. http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0EIN/i... . How much money could he have made as an actor, when he is stealing money. Now his name is everywhere with this, almost like a self promotion.
I also think it is strange I never saw Kenny or any of the Argos except Clemons once in all those several years. So suddenly their 400 thousand paid for everything? Maybe he did , maybe it didnt but the other thing is weird is that he stayed at all of these places ,did all of this stuff, seems to me he would be really stupid if the goal is to steal....The guy got into Columbia...did he suddenly go dumb? So dumb he cant do math....? So clothes, watches , jet, cars, expensive dinners, he definately has staff all part of a plan to steal 400 thousand dollars....something is strange.....really strange!

That is very odd again. I am speaking of Walter Garrick formerly of Oakville as well. Again you seem fixated on him. I am a close family friend and we dont know who you are. So , you should stop claiming to be close to a family that is very tight for whatever your purpose is.

One Year and a half years of a mans life do not define him. The man I know , is not the person you are on a campaign to smear. Being arrogant , even confident is not a crime. Have you read the article that this chat is supposed to be about. Interesting no one is commenting on that.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Gemini

Mercury will backtrack through your finances over the next few weeks, which isn't a very seasonal thought if you're already well aware that you've overspent this month. Be prepared to do some juggling or to seek expert advice if you're worried about how you're going to cope. You may be kept busy handling inheritance, tax or insurance matters, preparing investment analysis, and allocating funds for the repayment or collection of debts.
