Inmate sentence to death in Ohio and Idaho seeks new hearing

Idaho death row inmate Timothy Dunlap is seeking a third sentencing hearing. Dunlap, now 40, was convicted of the 1991 murder of 23-year-old Tonya Crane during a Soda Springs bank robbery.

why waste our tax's dollars on some murder. We are not only wasting it on these stupid court appeals but we are also feeding,housing and clothing him. I think he should have just been taken out and shot right after the trail telling everyone he was guilty and sentenced to death.
