Roger does not own A and E tobbacco and he is no longer with the SO.
Rogers A and E eletrical on Waveland in Ctoff
A and E tobbacco is owned by someone else. I can see how someone can dedue that he owns both, but he does not. And his store on Kiln-Waveland cuttoff does not sell SPICE

"A&E Tobacco" and "A&E Electric" are two different shops with two different owners.
