Hancock businesses raided in 'spice' bust
The Hancock County Narcotics Division on Friday seized thousands of packages of "spice" from two local merchants, Sheriff Ricky Adam said.

Roger does not own A and E tobbacco and he is no longer with the SO.
Rogers A and E eletrical on Waveland in Ctoff
A and E tobbacco is owned by someone else. I can see how someone can dedue that he owns both, but he does not. And his store on Kiln-Waveland cuttoff does not sell SPICE

"A&E Tobacco" and "A&E Electric" are two different shops with two different owners.
