Hi,
Does anyone know the rules regarding disturbing the peace? For instance, my neighbor has started (just recently) blasting his stero music non-stop at all hours of the night. Is there a time when people actually have to stop?
Thanks so much.

Don't be a wimp.
Get a louder stereo.
When your neighbor turns his down, turn yours up.
Problem solved.

there are certain hours for quiet time your local trooper can tell you what they are they also can come out with a meter to measure the noise levels and take care of it that way

They should get a D.I.V.O.R.C.E, or send one of them to REHAB. LOL

10 pm in Connecticut. Call the police, they are always happy to visit and this is usually very effective.

thats too bad diana you had to admit yourself, keep the guns out of the house if there is an alcohol problem. sounds more like you have personal difficulties.our neighbor was drunk with a gun. 4 policemen where there, it was so scary, we watched as they restrained the man.i would not identify this incident as public.

I know a neighbor who had to call the police because his own son pulled a gun on him and then the wife beat up his new chippy secretary and her husband had her thrown in jail. She went to rehab for alcohol addiction because shes a schizto and now switched to smoking pot. That my friend is a dysfunctional family. Alcohol and guns is a bad mix and so is smoking pot and sniffing drugs. They should ban them all.

schizophrenic do you have a link to the arrest of your neighbors? 4 policeman and a lunatic with a gun sounds scary, a serious arrest was in order and I hope he is in jail before he shoots someone. Can you give me the link to the arrest? Did your neighbors get a restraining order? If he breaks a restraining order, did you know that it leads to a felony?

PROJECTION AGAIN?

Daily Horoscope for November 10

Sagittarius

You'll have your nose to the grindstone as the Moon enters Virgo and your tenth house of career and status. The drive to achieve may be especially strong as the Moon is challenged by Pluto. This same energy could create problems among co-workers and other associates, so be aware of the moods of others. Also, watch for a tendency to say the wrong thing at the wrong time to the wrong person.
