People like this have no respect for anything and should be treated the same way.

I suggest a bullet between the eyes for all of them.

I was absolutely sickened when I saw the news report on the slaughter of the deer by the snowmobilers. I hope the justice system recognizes that these men could just as easily find thrill killing of humans entertaining and imposes a fitting punishment. If only and eye-for-an-eye could apply in this case.

Until the justice system starts taking situations like this more seriously, and hand out stiffer penalties, crimes like this will continue. The evidence of the connection between animal cruelty, and cruelty to humans is absolutely connected.
I agree with Kathryn. What pathetic excuses for "men".

I certainly hope these men receive the ultimate amount of time behind bars. People who treat animals like this, would not hesitate hurting a human as well. In my opinion there will always be abuse and murders, until these type of crimes are punished to the max.

I was MORTIFIED!!!!! Who do these men (and I use that term lightly) think they are. I say we corral them shoot of their knee caps and leave them in the woods to fend for themselves The justice system had better not let these deer down!!!!

I wish for all of them many times in their lifetimes, which I hope are short, the pain and absolute terror these deer suffered.

Nice try, however property crime and violent crime have been steadily decreasing annually for almost 17 years.

I only hope and wish that those involved in this despicable act receive the same treatment and die a slow, painful, horrifying death, just like the deer.

I hope the justice system prevails and gives these creeps the highest form of punishment they can. How dare they do this to innocent animals!! If they are capable of torturing animals, then nothing living gets their respect. They should be taken out of the gene pool. Castrate them and hang them from the highest tree!!

Too late, Rory has a child or two! Scarry! The justice system wont prevail on these individuals because they live in Waupaca County. Ever since I have moved here (10 yrs ago) all I hear is if you want to commit a murder you should live in this county. Between the judges, prosecution, and investigators/detectives...... ...they are all useless and cannot figure out how to do their jobs!! Many that work in the Waupaca County Jail do not even have degrees only to have "worked their way up" since high school taking a few classes/training here and there! SAD!!!

I have read in several different posts that Waupaca County doesn't have the right people in the justice system....how sad for the residents there. It certainly must make it hard to sleep at nite thinking of all the riff raff going free there. It is not right and an injustice to the Waupaca Co. taxpayers. If they are not capable of doing the correct job, get rid of them. Petition and write in to the governor, atty. general, senators, etc. Bombard them with letters, e-mails and phone calls. Be relentless and band together. There isn't any excuse for this!! I hope the courtroom is full of caring, good citizens when the time comes to prosecute these horrific monsters! This creep already has a child or two? Oh my God!! The gene pool should have been stopped. I also read somewhere that they have many dogs....has the Humane Society looked into this? I'll bet any animals they have on their property also suffer. May they all rot in hell where they belong. As your comment stated, is it SAD!!!!

Why, is the humane society running short of dogs to euthanize?

We think people should start leaving him alone he know's what he's done wrong! He's human just like we are. We think that he's heard enough and been through enough. It's time to stop! It's wrong and hurtful for him and his family to hear these hurtful comments. It should be left in Gods hands. enough is enough

Are you people serious? Yes, animals were hurt, Killed.. What about Kevin? Rory Kuenzi ran Kevin McCoy down and left him to die early in '05, this is just his latest crime, Rory Kuenzi is the worst kind of person and I feel sorry for his family if they can't see that..
I'm not sure how to feel about Waupaca County, I'm not sure about the justice system in general, if Kevin hadn't looked the way he did (tattooed, peirced) or wasn't from a lower-middle class family things would have been different and Rory wouldn't have been able to hurt these animals.
If Deer dying is what it takes for this tragety of our justice system to come to light and for some kind of justice to be done for Kevin then I say it was a good thing people care so much for critters... Where were you people when it was Kevin left for dead and Rory Kuenzi at the wheel?!
Instead of worrying about dogs and deer what about my friend! When does he deserve justice? Or is ow someone looks all that matters anymore? Kevin was the friendliest, most artistically tallented person I knew. I'm sure that putting other people before himself is what got him killed..

Burn in hell isn't enough for Rory Kuenzi.

Where were you while we were cryin', and why can't I stop these tears... Tell me when it's over, because I can't take much more.

To the Family of Kuenzi: Leave him alone? He knows what he did wrong? Give me a break!! Where were you as parents, siblings, or however you are related when you knew he was potentially a "bad seed"? Where were you??!! How did you raise these monsters? And in my eyes they are monsters!! Leave them alone? Hurtful comments are upsetting them? Pathetic. There isn't any excuse for what these monsters have done on earth to hurt a human and animals!! Don't make excuses for them or expect any sympathy! They don't deserve it nor are they going to get it!!!!

These villans deserve severe punishment. I saw pictures of them in the courtroom....I sure didn't see ANY remorse in their eyes or demeanor whatsoever. I saw cold-blooded killers and evilness. It's great that they have family making excuses for them and asking that everyone stop bashing them, because no one else is going to forget what they have done to man and animals. They're only sorry they got caught. You pay the piper in life - and yes, they will be judged by a higher power - and we know where they will go - straight to the land of flames. They shouldn't be allowed to walk the streets free.

We, that are replying to these posts are not his parents, or siblings and have no control over Rory's upbringing. But, we are related to him and devastated by his by his actions. We are not trying to sound like what Rory did is any less horrible than what it is. As Rory's family, we are completely horrified at what he has done, and we suffer emotionally also from his actions. We are just saying that it is just not right to say the nasty things that some of you are saying, some of you have very evil thoughts, and the words that come out of your minds also make you sound like evil monsters. Wishing, or saying someone should be dead sounds like there is murder in your thoughts. Two wrongs never make a right. Please remember, Rory's family is suffering from this too. What Rory and his family need is prayer, pray that he will realize and think about what he did, and turn to God and seek forgiveness. Again, we are NO WAY condoning his actions, or trying to make it sound any less serious than it is. But, it is in the authorities hands, and ultimately in God's hands.

I have tried and cannot forgive, Justice will be done, that is all that I care about right now, rory can never see the light of day again, I hold nobody but him responsiable for Kevin's death, I hold him accountable for the deer slayings, along with the Waupaca County Sheriff's Department, without whom this would never have transpired. The Family of Rory cannot be held accountable, However, there should have been signs or indicators of the Pathology of this individual, and I wonder who can live in the midst of a psycopath and not know the symptoms of their sickness... not illness (that lets him off too easy) but he is indeed a sick individual, who with the proper treatment earlier in his life may have been a productive member of society, but is now truly a burden of us all..

I am not sure if I know you but I most likely do because we were both very close with Kevin and you took the words right out of my mouth! He can burn in hell! I blocked the pain out for three years and now its as if he died yesterday! My heart is just as broken as it was in the first place there is a place in my life that is empty, and his voice still rings in my head, I can still feel his arms around me but the sadest part is I WAKE UP to realize that Rory took all that away from me, from his family, and the rest of his friends! I will be in that court room this week to look that son of a bitch in the eyes and I hope he see's what he has done to all of us!!!
