Why tell us about these kids involved with deaths of their friends from heroin use. Then let them run the streets freely or living in low income housing with their great grandmother and telling her neighbors about three of the deaths that they are responsible for. Are jails really that full that people can do these acts and talk about them and still remain free? It's getting scary isn't it?
