We have some transmission hurdles to attack. If we can solve those, we conceivably could be under way with construction in three to five years. Sisseton won't benifit from any of this, we have way to many dumb people living in the 70's that have no idea how to lead, Sisseton's mayor is retarted at best and the rest of the croney's or inline right behind him, it might do some good in the Britton area though as they have some good people in leadership postions
