The family is well-known to law enforcement, and Baum said two other brothers face murder allegations in two other cases but are believed to have fled to Mexico.

Why does this not surprise me!!!!!!!!!!

They will plesd not guilty, because there court appointed attorney will advise the that he will beable to get them off or a much a lighter sentence . We the taxpayers will pay the attorney and any expenses he incurs defending them. And they will never be asked to pay for any of it .If they are found guilty the attorney will file a appeal. It will go on for years .Eventually easily costing in exccess of a millin dollars. Its possible that they are in the country illegally,But we are not allowed to know if they are.

If you think that you should feel sorry for these gangsters-I'm lucky to be alive to say that the Mexican Mafia was so entrenched when i lived in Prunedale, and was
introduced to one of the big families, everyone in the family-cousins,Mother's- Grandmothers actually ran the show and they are just as vicious as as the men, slick
and they were evil muthas, who flat out have scammed their way into staying out of prison by rolling over on whoever
they need to give up to avoid serving their time .And all the time they are selling drugs, weapons, sex and more, cops know it,and until they really blow it like this in public, they will find hideouts to continue to
bring crime to a new level, and they are entrenched-it's
time that these dangerous hard-core criminals who kill
with out blinking an eye and brag about it,destroy our
communities with impunity need to be put away never to
hustle their way back into our communities. No more lies
no more excuses this trash needs to be disposed. This
blight is so entrenched that people are afraid to say anything for fear of their life-we need to set serious
examples with these parasites, because it's only going
to get way worse if we as a community don't stand up to
this insidious danger that will affect everyone sooner
or later-fight this scourge now before your kids are all
strung-out,and caught up in the gang madness that's only
escalating, and the more they get away with this c..p,
the harder it will be to get rid of these varmints!

I think that you are all wothless your-self. It is because of people who hide behind a computer to let people know how they feel that allow for unfortunet people to fall victem of the system. These people are not bad because they chose too be, they are made that way by society, ie people like you. We must educate our youth so that it is not an option to go down the wrong path that will lead you to jail. We must show that there are other ways to obtain the basic needs of life besides violence. It is unfortunet that small time criminals get long sentences because they do not have the $$ resources to get a good lawyer and get a fair trial. On the other hand if you are rich or famous you are able to get off with the minimum sentense. Dont forget that for every finger you point there are three more pointed at you.

I agree with you. Some people are never given a chance to do something diffrent and even when they try society finds a way to put them down due to their history.

I grew up in Santa Cruz and Watsonville and have grown up around gangs. A lot of those people in the streets are there because they have tried everything and society continues to shun them. At times police offiecer singled them out because of how they wear. There have been times were some have been pulled over for walking and harased for no reason. In Watsonville the Police department is a gang itsself and push their weight around as if they were all mighty. I think that because i am of Europena decent and have blonde and blue eyes i have been left alon. In one occation in watsonville me and my friends were pulled over and i was told to move along just because i looked ie "white". The other guys were made to put their hands up and lay down on the floor. No one was arrested and when we asked why they pulled over the young men the police said that they fit a discription of some suspects. I asked what tha discription was the officers said hispanic short hair and black pans and sweaters. When i pointed out that no one was wearing a sweater the officer replied by roling his eyes and saying that "they could have tooken of the sweater at any moment" So i guess looking hispanic is suspect.

Isnt it crazy that all this appears in a lonely town like watsonville. I have family there, that have lived there for years, and they apparently never saw gang problems, but lokk at it now. Im from Los Angeles, I seen it all, the worst fromm the worst, and now it appears that all those gang problems are up in the north..They should catch all these infested morons and pu them in jail for life,,,if they think they are so tough, then join the military and go to war...
