""""" "Shane Miller was arrested on suspicion of assault with a firearm and booked into County Jail in what police say was a gang-motivated crime."""" ""
__________

"SHANE MILLER" ?????? Now thats an interesting name for a gang member ,

Guess it goes to say all the gang members arent of one racial background possibly .

Still who cares anymore a gnag member is a gang member !!

Any charges and or sentences for gang activity should be held to the fullest !!!!!!!!

The past two days have seen a lot of postings about police seeing something and reacting immediately to the problem, like the gang signals flashed on Laurel. I'd like to commend them, I feel like they are really being vigilant.

Now that CNN fired me, I can devote all of my time to posting on the sentinel topix forum. Either that or get a job at fox news. I haven't decided yet.

We need to take those non lethal Tasers away from the cops. That poor victim, Mr. Villalobos could have been injured while reaching into his pocket for his illegal possession of a lethal weapon(gun)! He could have easily been shot and killed instead of tased! He should have been shot instead of tased under the circumstances. A taser connection is not always a cetainty considering the clothing worn and the distance the officer fires the taser! Had poor Mr. Villalobos been quick enough to fire his weapon at the officer, before an officer could successfully deploy a taser shot, someone could have been shot and seriously of fataly injured by Villalobos gun shot!
Oh by the way, did the reporter inquire if the police contacted ICE to determine the immigration status of Villalobos? Felon in possession of a firearm is serious sheet! Is he lawfully entitled to reside in our country? Lawfull citizens have a right to know!
Thank You

Rule number one: When a taser is pointing at you, obey the orders of the officer.

Rule number two: Always obey rule number one.

Nice use of the taser, that is what they are for. The guy could of been shot for real, maybe that is not such a bad thing!

If you're holding a taser on a criminal, and your partner is not covering with a firearm, you're doing it wrong.

This Peace Officer jeopardized his life by using his Taser instead of his weapon. This scumbag is reaching into his pocket for a weapon and what if the Taser malfunctioned. He should have had a 12 gauge shot gun with double OO buckshot pointed at him instead. You have to be careful now cause every criminal, gang banger, is armed with some type of weapon, except us law biding citizen. Thank you Officer for putting another dirt bag off the streets. Hope the DA and Judge locks this dirt bag for good. And for Shane Miller he is probably Irish-Mexican.

Agreed. Most of the time, cops have used Tasers against defenseless, uncompliant subjects. I think they enjoy watching unarmed people flop around. This particular cop, however, actually used a Taser under appropriate circumstances.

Now please dont get upset ,, But as you have suggested me many times , "Read The article ":):)

"""Police used a Taser to detain and arrest a wanted parolee as the man reportedly reached into his pocket for a loaded handgun on Wednesday afternoon""" ""

As far as I know and understand Illegal immigrants or even immigrants on a work type visa are not put on felony parole

So despite that fcat this guy is low life scum buckcket criminal loser , Why exactlky woyuld we call "ICE" ???

Shouldnt those "ICE" resources be utilized upon the appropriate situations ?

So you believe that all felons are confirmed as US citizens before being paroled?

"April 03, 2008SACRAMENTO Democrat members of the Assembly Public Safety Committee voted down a measure that would have required the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to screen and verify the immigration status of new incoming prisoners..."
