It makes absolutely no sence to incarcerate William and Theresa Niver. In the end, the tax payers would end up paying even more money by keeping them in the system. If the Nivers are given a sentence with restitution, they have a way to pay back the eleged amount of money. This family doesn't need to be torn apart; they need help. We need to come together as a community and fight against what the district atterny wants. What we need, is Justice for this family.
