BTW, according to the town square mgr. all of the space in town square is leased.

I was told that Sean Stone was seen meeting with Will Lambert in his townsquare office. Does anyone have knowledge of them still doing business together, sub-contracting or otherwise? Hate to be a sceptic but would also hate to find out that our money is financing Stones legal fund.

Sean will not make enough money to finance any legal fund. His lawyer has enough liens to their property to take care of that. The guy needs to eat and take care of his kids. Does anyone really think he was the mastermind behind this Ponzi scheme? I say guilty of stupidity and being part of the cover up, but out of the three to blame, he is the third.

What a fing joke. Bet you LE never makes arrests. The town is looking the other way, why not. All us condo owners from Mass can take it. Should have at least handed out KY to the associations.

If anyone thinks the town of WV is going to do the right thing, you're dreaming. Over a year ago the town selectmen had a closed door meeting with Bill Stone as to why Stone Property was late on so many payment to them. They had it behind closed doors because they didn't want to hurt Bill's reputation. Great Job Selectmen! Really looking out for the taxpayers of this town. I'm sure these chronies were smart enough not to have taken minutes of the meetings with Bill. Obviously, the so called leaders of this town are crooks too.

You are 100% correct. The next "stone relationship" to explore is between Stone and Melcher Prescott. Stone was late with many insurance payments on behalf of the condo associations but did not reach out to associations to give them a heads up. Many condo associations where days away from getting thier insurance policy cancelled over the past few years.

With so many associations losing funds in excess of insurance coverage ($50k), it would be wise to look into holding those entities (persons) whose complacency directly contributed to losses accountable. Some of these entities have deep pockets in addition to insurance coverage which could come into play.

Lack of minutes not withstanding, the collective recollection of officials could be harvested simply by the process of discovery.

There were so many red flags that this shows the selectmen of this town are incompetent. Where is the poor section of WV? No one in WV is unable to pay for the Town services and when so many late payments were outstanding, what did they do? Incompetent, I could go on.

Also, it's my understanding personal propert was given to subcontractors who were friends of the Stones. I've been involved in some bankruptcy proceedings. Giving one creditor preferential treatment is against the law. The receiver of the property acted illegally.

Is there any relationship between Kyle stone and Sean stone. Kyle had 300k in IRS liens the same time as Sean. Per the registry of deeds. Gambling gone bad if you ask me.
