Found this one as 4.0 on the NEIC website right at the end of yesterday's list.
NEIC actually posted a moment tensor. was a small thrust quake with compression direction N.Atlantic-Sierra Madre mexico.
Small magnitude and shallow depth indicates it may have been a response to isostatic uplift.
