He just completed the twelve step program but he cant come back without his dog whose still stuck on step 3.
I dont think hes gonna make it.
If you read the report the k9 drank most of the bottle and hallets 3 sips wouldnt have put him over the legal limit.

Just take away the police back drop and treat him and the rest of that dep't
The way all civilians would be prosecuted--- it's just that easy, it's the way all the rest of us would be handled-if u agree send a letter to the editor of the WDT paper....

Just need a judge and prosecutor that doesnt work with him I mean hes an officer of the court too, a prosecutor himself in traffic charges im sure.
Its like a grown man picked up by police and sending them home with their mother in hopes that she will properly handle the situation in such a manner where justice is carried out in a way that will discourage future violations of the law. Hypocrites!
