I would think Rescue Dogs should be a acception- they would be biatching if nobody showed up to a search & rescue & someone they know or knew was trapped under ruble etc.

peple need to leave here dogs at home...not bring them to crowded areas....ome on man.....pissin and shittin all over and the owners dont clean it up....ts discusting
