IT'S ABOUT TIME. PLEASE GET RID OF THOSE DARN PIT BULLS. I WAS NOT ABLE TO EVEN GET IN MY CAR ONE DAY AS ONE WAS WATCHING ME. THE SHERIFF WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THE OWNER A TICKET. WE DO HAVE A LEASH LAW IN WATERTOWN BUT NOT MANY COMPLY WITH IT.
