It is a shame that he only gets sentenced to 60 days in jail for such a horrible crime. He stole money from a place that was there to help those that needed help and that relied on the services provided for a better life. He should be spending years in jail not days, and should have to pay much more back then just the money he stole. The program has had to sell off a lot of equipment to pay for debits that he created and it may be impossible for the organization to continue. He is a liar and nothing that he says seems to be true. This is not his first time dealing with the court system for crimes against others yet he is allowed to continue to commit crimes and get away with them. Again the justice system has let another crook slip through the system with nothing more then a slap on the wrist.

What is the sentence for drug addict/alcoholic that steals $43.00 from a Pizza Delivery person?...Or an addict that prefers "Non-taxed Drugs" to alcohol and is arrested for posessing/consuming his choice of drug?

10-20-30 Years?(especialy if the person is a scary Black man.

I don't know why people do not respect the hundreds of laws passed every year by the Lawyers in our Government.

Not nearly enough time. Is he paying for his own jail costs, so the taxpayer doesn't have to pay for this slimebag?

What a great guy. It sure as hell take me longer than 60 days to earn $43,000.

I love it when people get grounded for a couple weeks after being caught with their hand in the cookie jar. The audacity of those who wave a banner of philanthropy in order to divert attention from their scuzzy misdoings never ceases to amaze me. "I was broke & my wife left me, so it seemed OK at the time." REALLY?

What I think is so odd here is that if this criminal has been any other race but white you posters would be rippin' him a new A$$hole.

When you stop being soft on the white criminals and start treating them like you do non-whites, then and only then, might they learn.

This guy tarnishes non-profits and fuels the ridicule. 60 days is nothing, start with 2-3 in the bighouse with no time off.

What I think is so odd here is that I haven't seen one post that supports this jerk & you apparently aren't getting that. Why bring race into it? An a-hole is an a-hole no matter what their skin looks like. I think it's odd you would even try to push your point about people NOT rippin' him a new one, because that's exactly what everyone IS DOING. Do your comprehension skills fail you?

Another example of law enforcement and the judicial system taking care of there own. Typically these guys get off with little time and more probation than the general public.
