who's to say she wasn't a willing participant in the matter and then decided to cry rape - it wouldn't be the first time something like this has happened. Innocent until proven guilty.

I have to agree. If you read the article the jail has already decided they are both guilty. I would think you would have to hear all sides. I am not saying this is something to take lightly but why did she go there? Was it part of her job? Again innocent until proven guilty.
