Vote for Tony at the meeting in January. He actually cares about the kids and isn't just power hungry.

I thought all the voting was done at the meeting? What the heck are you talking about?
Isn't Tony the President of WSA?

I am confused. Didnt Tony Morrow just resign from WSA. Wow, he must really care about the kids. He took his ball and went home. He is actually trying to take kids from the WSA football program and start a new league.
The funny part is that as a parent of a football player, i have seen first hand that Tony and Gordon stacked the teams they had and still couldnt win a playoff game. They also did not run the offense that was required as a coach in the organization.
So it sounds to me that he isnt in it for the Kids. He is after Power (the funny thing is what power do you get from Little league Football.)
Rich Groves is the Football director in this town. I went to school with him and he was an animal on the field and was one of the best this town has ever seen.

Thats right I am the man!

"Sneaky is the deceptive and manipulative serpent who strikes when your back is turned. Do you walk away, or do you stomp on it's head and make it regret the day it struck at you?"

See to me it is all about the kids, its not personal or about power for me ;)

This is crazy, maybe you should have been learning how to spell before you played football next to Rich. Anyway, I see alot of slamin and then they end it with but lets do it for the kids. This is such bull, what is it that you go on this shit and knock others, I thought this was all volunteer, get a life, is this like the previous football team and hmmm receipts not being turned it and oops where did they go???

Rich and his group are the ones that are bitter, things did not work out the way they wanted so they are now bad mouthing anyone who does not fall in line. They are even going as far as trying to have all new elections. Even though the elections were just heldat the official meeting so that they can get their people in. This is just an attempt to remain in control and reward his cronies. This is an outright violation of their very own rules.
In my many years of experience, with volunteer organizations. Any time someone is this desperate to remain in control the time has come for them to go.

Someone please tell me this post is a joke. what does that last paragraph even mean. Is he the only director that there is ever going to be? That is some twisted sh*t man. I must have missed the meeting when they were passing out the Kool Aid.

This is really getting out of control, it would be best if we just let football go its own way. It is a drag on the resources and takes away from the other sports. It is the most expensive and labor intensive of all of our operations and really does not fit in with our other programs. I for one would be glad if we just let them spin off and wish the new program the best of luck. This would be a blessing for the entire organization. This way we could focus on soccer in the fall and build that back into what it needs to be for the kids.

The Groves Boys both suck it. Power hungry but dumb and I mean dumb. I'm not on any board or go to these meetings but know both of them. They are going to let this effect the KIDS sports programs and could care less as long as they have the "power" more Rich than anyone. But here's the thing, they're not the only ones who are clueless. Look at how the soccer program was run this year. My kids play several of the sports and the only one that ran smooth was baseball/softball, at least from what I could tell as a parent looking in. Football is a joke, soccer is even worse. I'll be the first to say that's what we get as parents because someone has to run things and because of my travel with work I'm lucky enough to see most games.
