I just wanted the public to know what kind of people the Baxmeyer family is like. Kay Baxmeyer is filling his lake 24/7/365 days a year. Inch and quarter line of water thick. He is pumping out of the well allowing the water to run down the hill to the creek. Even though his lake is full he doesn’t shut the water off. How criminal is this? Now he is not breaking any laws mind you, it’s just that this behavior is not normal for a human being.
Some say the children can’t reason with him and have no control over him. Well this is not so because they can reason with him when they bid on jobs from the state or county. Like his lake that story doesn’t hold any water.
The only thing I can think of is that he is just plain mean or wants to purposely drain the neighbor’s wells. If he drains the neighbors wells they will have to foot the bill to have rural water brought out to them. Then Baxmeyer’s land will be worth more because of the water line.
I can’t believe these people do so much for Hope Christian Church but in time of great need and they could rise to the opportunity to help their neighbors, they then turn their backs on them. It must be that churches way of thinking that brings them to WE ARE BETTER THEN YOU SO GO TO HELL.

Once again we have a prime example of
someone who does not have one clue in
this world what they are talking about.
You have no knowledge of he Baxmeyer
family nor do you have any real knowledge
of "Hope Christian Chruch".
Yes, you are clueless but would you let
that stop you, of course not why let a
little thing like facts stop you. It is
by far much more fun to run the name of
a good family into the ground, and to try
to run the name of their church into the
ground as well. Here's an idea for you
why not check back two or say three years
or more into the family history and see if
maybe just maybe they may have reasons for
doing the things they do, good reasons.

Everyone has had tragedies in our families. What has happened to the Baxmeyer family is a horrible and sorrowful event in their lives. That doesn’t mean they have the right to take it out on everyone else, has you have suggested. What if everyone would do that, see that is what that church is teaching just like you have alluded to in you statement. They have the right to take it out on anyone, such a shame. I only hope you whom have written this statement reread your statement and understand how stupid it sounds.
Oh by the way wells are going dry and his lake seems to be overflowing with water. Don't worry though your minister probably told him it was ok.

It is a shame your writting skills are
such as they are. However, it seems you
do have knowledge of the family and at
the "very least" a tiny bit of their
history. Although I can see it clearly
makes no difference at all to you.

If you in your tiny little mind really
think that the pastor of "Hope" makes any
suggestions to this family about "how to
handle their business matters" you are
a fool.

You are the one who needs to reread my
statement I said nothing at all about
"Hope" teaching anyone to do anything
at all in any manner what so ever with
the running of their businesses.

What do you see in my statement that
says that "Hope" or the pastor of
"Hope" tells the people of Hope how to
deal with matters concerning their
businesses.. you do not see it it is
not there...he may tell them to be
honest and Godly..but he does not try
to "advice them".

Like it or not the lake you speak of
is on the Baxmeyer's land, if the lake
was on YOUR LAND and PEOPLE were TELLING
YOU what YOU HAD TO DO WITH IT, YOU would
be JUMPING UP AND DOWN SCREAMING about
YOUR RIGHTS as THE OWNER OF THE LAND.

I guess the next thing you will be
screaming about and blaming "Hope and
the BAXMEYERS FOR IN THE LACK OF RAIN.

Oh I know them all and they are a great family you just would think that if this goof ball was going to bitch about someone they would get the actual name correct about the person they are bitching about. That's bitching 101 right?

I live in the subdivision across from Boxy and bringing in religion was not a the best thing for this person to do. So leave me out of the hope christian thing. We do in this subdivision fear for our wells and yes you cannot reason with boxy. I do believe and make a honorable appeal to his children to reason with their father on our behalves. I talked to Boxy about this water he was using when he dug his lake and drilled his well to fill it since the lake is on a hill with no run off to fill it. He got so mean with me that I never spoke to him since. He told me to mind my own business that is was his land and he could do what he wants. I take buckets of water out of the lake behind me to water my trees so I don't waste precious FRESH water. That is all I want to say and religion has nothing to do with it.

Well now who was it that first "brought religion into this"? Not me not the one defending the "Baxmeyers" no, it was the "other side. You know what is really funny about this, the "older Baxmeyers" the parents and grandparents of the ones who (go to "Hope Christian Church" ) and the "parents of Kathy" the one who died trying to save her son and the other boy on the icy pond are BRACE YOURSELF "CATHOLIC" THAT'S RIGHT they do no go to "HOPE" So you LITTLE THEROY OF "Hope's pastor
telling "MR.Baxmeyer" owner of the "Lake" what to do is so INSANE THAT PEOPLE WHO REALLY KNOW are
ROTFLTBO AT HOW FOOLISH YOU REALLY ARE for thingking that Mr Baxmeyer needs someone else to tell him what to do and when to do it. I know for a fact that he does not go to "Hope" I go to Hope and you a so far of on you FACTS THAT IT IS FUNNY.

The truth is, from the outside looking in, that this does seem a bit over the top. Allowing a well pump to run 24/7 does indeed sound malicious, and there are agencies that can deal with the intentional wasting of ground water during drout, using applicable laws. Honestly, a lynching isn't entirely out of order. A couple of hi power rifle rounds through a pumphouse might do it, but if I was someone who was at risk of being run dry I would definately consider breaking some shins with a ball bat while wearing a halloween costume, barring any legal intervention. A group of nearby neighbors should hire an attorney.

Twizzler or maybe I should say coward, You have no idea what you are talking about. I am of right now turning you in to authorities. The comments you haves made are like that of the Colorado movie theater killings, very disturbing at the very least. This is a very good family located in Waterloo that only thinks of the community they live in. I know them personally and take offense to your accusations. I hope you get caught Mr. Twizzler!!!

hey dumbass, look at my post, I don't live there and have no involvement or motive, but the people that are having their wells sucked dry intentionally by a rotten old geezer DO. Furthermore, I'm no redneck, I'm fully aware of what can be done r.e. internet threats, and you scare me not one iota, if I was involved I'm smart enough to keep to myself until it lands in court, or, barring that as a result of monroe county politics, cracking the evil old bastards bones. A hundred or so years ago he would've been shot already, all so he could sit inside and snicker about his rottenness and property value. As for the old bastard, I sincerely hope the people nearby use the actual advice I gave and get an attorney and shut the f#cker down and recoup their fees and possibly some punitive damages too for his criminal waste of groundwater with the intention of harming his neighbors wells. That information available makes it very clear he's violating state law, in a way that can impact lives dramatically, in addition to being a viscious inconsiderate prick. As for your concerns, when people with money and connections use those things to violate the law, especially to victimize others, the law becomes void all the way around, id rather die or go to jail for doing what's morally right and meting out REAL justice than be a victim of those "priveleged" douchebags. Money doesn't decide what right, and all too often neither does the law in this day and age, whoever has the most cash wins in court, especially in these little areas where judges have little oversight and too much autonomy, and to me, when the law is openly and arrogantly FLOUTED, that means its time to settle OUT of court. Nobody should be a victim. Ever.

do that, they'll take one look(probably not) and tell you YOU'RE the nutcase. I said from the word go that I'm not involved with this horrible mess, I live in town, don't have a freakin well, but if I DID, you can bet some prick doing his best to cost me thousands of dollars for a laugh would be at risk. Look at my last line in that post, and google the words I printed for you to google. There's a nice little pdf file that spells out il water law. And here are some words for you; NObody pumping groundwater 24/7 to overflow a pond in these circumstances has ANYones best interest at heart but their very OWN. I sincerely hope someone takes you 2 douchebags seriously, because if they do, they'll go visit the old goat and start their procedings against HIM. P.S., I didn't make ANY accusations(nor did I make threats, I only hypothesized what might show someone the errors of their ways and the risks they're taking by victimizing others), the guy that started this thread along with the neighbor who tried to reason with him made their accusations, one more reasonably than the other. Anybody living in the same plane as him has a legitimate complaint, and should, indeed, hire an attorney. And lastly, phukk OFF.
