This comment has been written by someone diagnosed mentally ill by the healthcare profession and saved himself by making changes in his life for the better, such as eating healthy, working out, staying away from pharmaceuticals and our poisonous water supply, cutting back dramatically on the amount of TV watched and trusting himself when it comes to making the right the decisions. I have never felt better or in more control of my own life. All thanks to the efforts of Alex and his websites.

P.P.S I would like to qualify my P.S. with the statement that Alex does get some things wrong(everyone makes mistakes) and that he may or may not tell the WHOLE truth. That is up to you to find out and decide for yourself.

He is in Southwestern Illinois Correctional Facility which is in East St. Louis. He will be out in 18-20 months.
