Everyone that reads this please look at your statement from Social Security Earned Income for 2008. It will say that you didn't work for that yr and to notify them of it. SS wants to have updated info. So if your interested in letting them know call them. If you need the phone number post it so that I will know you are interested in finding out.

I don't think spiderman sent in the federal incomoe tax nor state income tax he took out of our of our checks! I just received a letter from IRS stating I owed a lot of $$ for 2008 and I don't owe them money!! If he didn't pay our social security, why would he send in the $ he took out of our checks to the state or to the IRS?

make sure you send in your total earnings to SS (2008) they want everyone that has the "0" earnings to send everything in. I am glad to see some are seeing why this is not over. By the way if you receive that check that they are going to be sending if you sign it your saying you are paid up to date all of us should receive a letter saying from the attorney handling this problem that 1.SS will get paid into, 2.State will get paid into, 3.Federal will get paid into,4.disabilty will get paid into,5.Medicare will get paid into. 6.IRA's will get paid into(by the contract all of you signed on with while you had it),5.Health ins will be paid back that didn't get paid into that had it.

If you accept that check and sign it you are agreeing to their terms (This will get sealed just as quick as they can get it done). If you don't agree with them you want it in writing just as quick as they can send out those checks that all of this is going to get paid into. I would think that we would want all of this paid into then getting a check that is not guranteed to fix this mess.

Ahh....the sweet taste of victory!

PITTSTOWN Thirty-four employees of Xero-Fax Inc., based on Route 7 in Pittstown, will soon receive more than $107,000 in back wages and overtime recently turned over by the company under an agreement between its troubled owner and the U.S. Department of Labor.

The $107,500 payment stems from a federal court decision issued last year that validated a suit brought by the federal Labor Department against Xero-Fax, a company that once coordinated trucking permits across municipalities, and former CEO Herbert Headwell alleging that the company routinely violated the Fair Labor Standards Act since at least fall of 2008.

What I am saying is if you sign that check they are done with what they are doing with USDOL. You still have not got paid for your Social Security Earned Income(which says we worked "0" 2008),your state, your federal, your IRA any health insurance that you had. If we don't get it in writing that these are to get paid into it's up to us to make sure and why should we have to do it? Each of these dept do not communicate with each other. USDOL has nothing to do with say SS but we need it in writing that this will be taken care of. This should be guaranteed in writing that they (his attorney's) send a letter that says they will have everyting paid into. Speak to USDOL then they can explain, it's up to each one of us on what we do.Read what it says above, not only my comments.
