At the first November Twp Board of Trustees meeting it sounded like the Twp paid out of the general fund the lawsuit settlement of $95,000 (add to it lawyers & court costs) The insurance company steps in after the amount exceeds $100,000. The Supervisor did not answer directly to questions asked of him. Why bother to attend these meetings if you don't get information you ask? Someone may want to get full story. This is the second sexual harassment lawsuit within the WPD settle recently. Penny Dye in 2009.
