I am sos o sorry to hear the news of Byron Fouty and Alex Jimenez.May they forever be remembered and in a peaceful place with god at long last.
My former husband Ahmed Altaie now is the only POW in Iraq he was kidnapped 21 months ago.The news of the soldiers bodies being found sickened me to no end.i have spoke to gordon Dibler he is a passionate very nice man.I know Gordon will carry on his step sons legacy and cherish the memories.
May god bless all who serve and bring everone home safe.I extend my deepest sympathies.
Truly,Linda Racey

15 Jul 2008, 16:11 I have had the honor of meeting Gordy (Byron Fouty's stepfather)on the phone.I reached out to Mr.Gordon Dibler as he and Byron are from my state of Michigan.
I had told Gordon that him and I shared something in common,we both had soldiers as POW's in the Iraq War.
My soldier is my former husband,Mr.Ahmed Altaie,he is still MIA POW in Iraq.Ahmed is a translator kidnapped Oct 23,2006 missing for 21 months now.
Gordy I immediatly felt a sense of being a truly down to earth wonderful loving father. He has the true sense of love and pride for his family, and he loves his kids.Gordy uses his guidance and support of people throughout this ordeal to create a path to supporting the troops and mission of POW's and our US Army.
He advocates through travelling and made this experience on his quest the way his son Byron would have been so proud of and admiring about Gordon.
I have learned about Byron's sister Sara,16 as they were very close.
I learned about a family that was looking to get ahead in life and lost a son and a brother.
I also know my story and how it feels to go throught the fear and anxiety not knowing. For that I can say you have to go through it to feel the true pain.
Before all this I was not the least bit associated through the Military I learned from my peers Mr.Gordon Dibler,Mr.Maupin,Jeff Paulis there is a true sense of respect when talking to those who sacrifice there very being to join the Services.
Byron may you rest in peace and be in a better place,Thank you for your dedication and for doing something for a change in our world Protecting us, protecting the ones you loved.

He couldn't even protect himself - let alone you or anyone else. The patriots taught him an important lesson: don't go illegally occupying countries if you don't want to get killed.
As Iraq never threatened you or the U.S., maybe "protect" was the wrong word to use.
His evil soul now toasts for an infinity in hell as God doesn't want such murdering filth stinking out heaven. Whether that's a better place than Iraq might be disputed.
I hope this helps.

No, your comment did not help. You do not know Byron. You don't know what his salvation is or where he is spending eternity. A comment like yours should not be allowed on a post that his family can read. I personally know his uncle, and he is a fine CHRISTIAN man. My family and I are very thankful for our men and women who are fighting to keep our freedom. You don't have to agree with the war, but if you are a true AMERICAN, then you should support them. If not, they are fighting for your right to move to any place on this earth that you choose.

I should not waste my hands typing to you it says you are from the UK.Your view on Byron's death is so twisted that you need mental health.Maybe someday you will need protection and God won't grant you that for your ugly disturbed mind.I don't have hate for you only know that you are the only one who will go to Hell for your unappreciation of the sacrifices our Military makes to keep peace.

Marat,

I know Woking well as I live not that far away and I suspect that the stench from your soul is greater than that of your body.
