You need to think about all the opinions that transformed the planet.
MLK transformed our whole country with his opinion that minorities where human too.
How many of our planet status quo shattering inventions were born from an opinion and nothing else.
Two year ago Obama had a strong opinion that he could win a presidential election.
One’s opinions are really important...especially the good ones.
1. A belief or conclusion held with confidence but not substantiated by positive knowledge or proof: "The world is not run by thought, nor by imagination, but by opinion" (Elizabeth Drew).
2. A judgment based on special knowledge and given by an expert: a medical opinion.
3. A judgment or estimation of the merit of a person or thing: has a low opinion of braggarts.
4. The prevailing view: public opinion.
5. Law A formal statement by a court or other adjudicative body of the legal reasons and principles for the conclusions of the court.

hey bob, i do apologize. i was just assuming i guess from some of your articles you've posted in the reformer that you could've had nothing to do with the military. so for that i am sorry for being disrespectful and verbally attacking you

Marine Vet Apology accepted. I appreciate it greatly.
Sometimes it does offend me though that there is an assumption that only conservatives are patriots.
I like to tell people I am a liberal gun-owning veteran.
Some people can't seem to wrap their heads around that.
But I'm not a leftist. There is a big difference between a liberal and a leftist.
I hope you don't assume I am implying that of you as well.
And many of the articles I have written about have focused on the plight of vets and active duty personell. Seeing as I am the lone vet in the newsroom I get assigned those stories on a regular basis. But that's OK. I do whatever I can to keep connected to my fellow service men and women.
And I would agree with you that the Reformer has a liberal slant. That's what we're known for so it kind of cracks me up that people might think otherwise.
Again, thanks for the apology. I really do enjoy communicating with my readers.
