Doesn't anyone else wonder why Ellen's co-workers, and her own union are not supporting her? Could it be there are some serious credibility problems with her? She has filed, by her own admission, over 1000 grievances in Waterbury in the last 18 years. Does she claim that all of the 5+ managers in that timeframe acted in a discriminatory manner towards her, and only her?
