Vermont's emergency rooms have become ground zero in psychiatric crises around the state since Irene flooding closed the state hospital in Waterbury, as mentally ill patients have put themselves and others in danger.

PTSD should be one of the symptoms that allows you to receive a medical marijuana card. Think of the veterans and now with everybody on edge, some more than other. The some would, I believe benefit from this and there would be less risk of harm.
