Sorry Reps O'Donnel and White. The Retreat isn't so "premier". It's top heavy with dollars - that administration building is where it all goes. Listing like the Titanic. Good for the State of VT. The mentally ill deserve new and better things. Not the same old same old. The left overs is all they have gotten for too long. Bravo decision makers. Build these very ill people new homes - use that money for their care and not a new administrative position with mega benefits.
