What good is this forum, I ask? This is just to make people FEEL safe, not BE safe. All you need in Vermont is enough money and you can get your name erased from the S.O.R. Call Stewart Read in Bellows Falls and ask how he did it. Your children will be introduced to a higher class of pervert, that's all.

The answer is to let the low level offenders out and keep the high risk in longer or forever. There also has to be programs in place and safety nets for the people coming out. They need places to live and supervision. What do you think will happen when they start releasing all those felons and there is no place for them to go?
