Why does caring unlimited operate in such a discriminating way? No help for fathers with children but help for mothers with children?

I volunteered for Caring Unlimited for years and while most of the cases involved women, they do have contingencies to help men of abuse, they just obviously can't stay in the same shelter as women. |
