State govs saying 'No thanks' to mystery laptops
Even during tight budgetary times, a growing handful of state governors are proving too wary to accept laptop computers that have shown up at their offices this month, unsolicited.

The only mystery is who is ordering the computers and who would benefit from this scam. They were being charged to a stolen credit card. So maybe it was a case of revenge since the criminal is getting nothing out of this.
