Give me a break!!!!! My god, should security be every 10 feet to protect eveyrobdy from potential crimes?

Ugh, what is wrong with the courts that they allow such an absurd lawsuit. Sorry you were robbed, but blaming he police. Get real and stop trying to steal everybody ele's money

Robbed? This article was about the lady being kidnapped, assaulted and murdered, and a 911 operator NOT PUTTING A CALL INTO THE POLICE DATABASE.....

And that would of saved her? THat somehoe makes the police liable, instead of the crooks that killed her? I'm sorry, did the police rob her?

Again, a witness saw two men beat and kidnap a woman, and provide a description of the men and their vehicle.

The 911 operator FAILED TO INPUT SAME INTO THE POLICE DATABASE, thereby failing to give the police the tools they needed to find the woman before she died.

THe operator and city who employed her a liable.
