Police Arrest 16-year-old in Wal-Mart "All black people leave" Case

Police have arrested a 16-year-old Washington Township, N.J teenager, who is accused of picking up one of two dozen public address phones accessible to the Washington Township store's customers, and saying "Attention, Walmart customers: All black people, leave the store now." The incident occurred on March 14th.

This is probably just a 16 year old kid guilty of being stupid. Let the legal system saber rattle at him a while and have that hang over his head, and let his parents deal with him while he's grounded a month or so.

Then take him to court and give him a suspended sentence with a clean record at the end if he flies straight. A one time blunder shouldn't ruin his life.

It was a stupid prank, maybe on a dare, made by a teenager. Arresting and charging him is out of proportion to the deed.
Unless there is a law that governs stupid acts,(if that’s the case half of this country would be serving time) this should be addressed and resolved by his parents.

On September 20, 2007, Al Sharpton led a throng of 2,000 potentially violent black activists through the streets of Jena, Louisiana; vocally challenging the peaceful citizens of the town with the overt threat of "no Justice no Peace". It intimidated the small town to the point that shops were closed and revenue was lost.
Can we expect Al Sharpton to be arrested soon for this openly terrorist assault on American Freedom?
