Could be a nice place to spend some time & money if they actually honored their word. Joined the Players Club to receive special ads, offers and promotions, but the Meadows fails to send email. My friend receives, I don't. Perhaps they don't treat everyone equally. All they offer are excuses. It kills the mood and its really not all that much fun to go there.

Bring this problem to the attention of Paul Shelly at the Customer Service Department. He will handle your issue and make things right for you.

I believe the raffles are not run properly.

Several weeks in a row you will hear repeat names. One of them is Kuscma (koosh-ma). At least one other is a employee, Adams! Several winnings more than likely go to employees each raffle!

This casino plays games with unsuspecting guest. Even with 1,000 entries many do not win. I spoke with customers going 4 or since opening. None of them ever won a raffle, with plenty of visits.

The raffles are a lure without wins. Blanket names maybe, more likely names they choose. They may throw in a few regular customers.

This casino with raffles is a scam. They give the lowest amount of free play according to regulars. Four years one couple attended, never a win!

Raffles are a scam that never include free play. It's a ploy.

They know where you sit. All they need to do it place a winner beside you.

Many say other casinos are better.

This casino does not want business. Several security guards watch TV constantly. Other security guards were rapped up into deep conversations. One was sitting in a chair watching Tv, sports. They have several rude floor attendants. Some of the floor attendants do not know anything. You pay for the ignorance when you lose money.

Instead of correcting any problems, personal ask you to leave. If you become a gold member in two months, the employees resent you! Anyone using any coupons sent by the Players Club is a target. Some employees resent you getting anything. You will be treated progressively worse if you become a regular by the same employees.

Several customers of large wins were denied the winnings! They were told the machine malfunctioned, which voids the win. Read the rules, they only need to say it without proving.

Several waitresses complained about not receiving tips. They are saying the customers are too cheap. One got upset with a customer for not buying drinks!(alchohol).

The head of security is used as management. He will lie to any customer and get away with it. If he does not like a customer for not accepting the lie, they become a target to the casino.
(he is basically a rude kid, and appears to be in his early 20's for his age). He will not get any manager for you. This means introducing managers to the club means nothing. Why hire managers only to prevent the customers from speaking to any?

Lies with rude employee behavior seems to be the highlight of The Meadows.

The bowling alley has a dictator (very large) woman running it. It's not a fun place to bowl at. Basically the business is employee first, customers don't count at all. Customers are views as either addicts or suckers. The customer treatment tells it all.

Drunks sleep in chairs often, and are not removed.

The drinks are cheaply mixed, over priced.

Several employees have complained about treatment and poor employee pay.

Food court, beverage station are poorly kept. Small portions by some employees in food court.(certain days and times) Want to chance when you will be robbed. If the casino makes money on games, why not become known for the best food portions?

Bathrooms missing toilet paper in several stalls. Unkept.

They do not cater to any long term customer. Most customers claim The Rivers and Wheeling West Virgina are better casinos.
Thanks 4 the Info

Thanks - we went to the Rivers the first time. The staff seemed to go way out of their way to help us understand the system, etc.

We will never return to the Medows.

FYI, the Rivers does not pay out as much as the Meadows. Look it up.

Stop complaining about raffles and spend your money on something that could be useful. If your elderly and retired, start a savings fund for your grand kid(s). Your the addictive, smoke smelling idiots that waste your money. Way to not help out your family members, you would just rather throw your money at something you know will never return it.

Do all of the upset customers with Meadows lose? Been finding a lot of upset Meadows players. The losing rate for players must be high.

The elderly smokers are the problem at The Meadows? Employees of The Meadows complaining online. At least employees online for The Meadows refuse to ID themselves.
