In just two years, Fred Miller becomes award-winning duck carver

Fred Miller completed his first carved duck on Jan. 30, 2009. Since then, the 56-year-old Greene County corrections officer, chicken farmer, husband and father of two has gone on to be a first and second-place finisher in a number of regional competitions in which his detailed, colorful creations have been entered.
